Magnificent springs of Badab-e Surt which are literally manifestation of beauty of geology of Iran are well-known in the flowers in the way that generally they are known as "color springs" and attracted many tourists from worldwide to arrive and annually to visit this unique landscape!

This natural tourist attraction is in the southern direction of the city of the Sari, area of the capital of Mezendaran where it is located at the level of 7 kilometers of West side of the village Orost. It is height, about 1.840 meters above sea level which is result of the culmination of hundreds of years of limestone and it was created by the water flowing from two mineral hot springs on a Pleistocene and the Pliocene the geological periods.

The place of interest of Badab-e Surt is mainly included by these two springs with excellent natural features from aspect of color, taste, a smell and volume of water. The first spring, shows very salty water which was collected in the small natural pool; water of springs is very favorable in the medicinal purposes is already known for the impacts on rheumatism; Besides, it has positive influence on various skin diseases, leg pain and migraine. Because of its internal salty features, it won't be freezing in winter time, however, suitable time to go to eat summer.
